The Chapel Hill Tire location in Durham provided the same exceptional service. Great staff. Professional and Personable. Efficient and excellent in service. Knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle. They provided helpful assessments so I could prepare for the next maintenance visit.
I will continue to visit this location and I will recommend others who are looking for reliable auto repairs.
(May 12, 2023, 10:18 am)Absolutely amazing in all areas. Customer service — listened, kind and attentive to my issue.
Work product-had an 11 hour drive ahead of me when I had a mishap. They made sure I was safe for the drive. Timely-they had me back on the road within 3 hours of their doors opening.

(May 10, 2023, 7:01 pm)The work was fine. i am disappointed in the repair time. I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off before 9:00 on a Friday. They started work on it very late on Friday, then when their AC testing machine had trouble with the AC recharge, they said they could not finish by 4:00 Friday, their closing time. They had to keep it over the weekend. Then on Monday, found out they did get the machine to work on Friday and charged it. But they didn't start the inspection until 2:00 Monday (or later) when I texted to see if the car was ready. So all in all, it took 2 work days and a weekend to do a simple service that I should have been able to wait on most days and most any repair shop.
(April 19, 2023, 9:40 pm)I am beyond grateful to Chapel Hill Tire, Ben & Chris! As a single woman, they treat me like a sister. They are concerned and make sure my car is safe in every way, all the time! They are also very sensitive to my budget. They schedule my car needs according to what I can afford at the time and are excellent at prioritizing what needs to be done first. They pick up my car from work and drop it off at the end of the day ~ no extra charge! You will not find this service, or more genuine, personal care for your car, time & money anywhere else.
I’ve never had anyone take care of my car & give me such an enormous amount of peace of mind that my vehicle is keeping me safe out on the roads!
Love & appreciate the entire staff so very much!
