My husband and I worked with Susan Ungerleider and Chelsea Bracken as we were looking to buy our first home. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a home, and if they ever got tired of all the showings they took us to, it never showed! Susan is incredibly knowledgeable about the business and was always open and honest. Susan's architectural background is an absolute benefit as she has a different perspective when going into homes - she can see the potential for a house and provides inspiration. Chelsea was an absolute delight and we enjoyed our time spent with her. Susan and Chelsea were such a joy to work with, we almost want to start the home buying process all over again! Not quite yet... for now we are extremely happy with the home we ended up buying and we are so grateful that Susan and Chelsea stuck with us till the end. We will absolutely be back with this team in the future when we are ready to sell and look again to buy.
