We came across Brown Immigration after searching for a representative online and making several calls to other firms in Raleigh NC.
My experience with Brown Immigration was great from the initial stage because of the great customer service I received when I first made the call to them.

I contacted Brown Immigration Law to start my green card process, a friend went through them a year prior and spoke highly of the Company and Staff.

I found my experience to be very enjoyable, I didn't have to concern myself with too much with regards to the paperwork they help us navigate through all that black and white, made compiling everything very easy and helped us step by step through the process. Whenever I had any questions they were always quick to respond with information and updates, able to give me expected time frame that fit the current processing times.

We got in contact with Brown Immigration Law when they were offering a free consultation. This was extremely helpful for us as we were unsure as to how to proceed with immigration.

When we decided to sign with them we were officially assigned Daniela Benton, as our attorney, and Sofia Dulcich as our case manager. Sofia is bilingual and was amazing a responding to all of our questions and emails. Brown Immigration was thorough and had us do all our paperwork up front so once all the documents were submitted, we just had to wait.

I think the only con that stoodout to me was that we had to be intentional to reach out about our case after submitting documents. I would have appreciated a few check-up emails as we waited, even if there was no new information to share. I would have liked an email each month stating what the status of our application was and what to expect. Other than that, we were very pleased and thankful for all the help!
