(October 16, 2020, 8:59 pm)My journey with Jessica Jackson of Nicole James Real Estate Group, Inc. was pretty unique to say the least. I worked with Jessica for a little over year with selling my home of 20 years and then purchasing a new townhome. Selling my home was far from easy as we were selling AS IS. My home was built in 1954 so it was quite old and needed a few repairs. At one point I didn't think we would ever sale but Jessica kept me encouraged. That day finally came in November of 2019. Jessica was my advocate through the entire process as the buyer was requesting repairs. Jessica made sure she had someone to come out to assess the repairs to ensure the amount was fair. Once I closed on my house, we were out the gate looking at new homes. I told her what I wanted and she went searching. Whenever I saw new developments, I would send her the subdivision name and she was back to me with information within 24-48 hours. One Saturday, she took me to a new subdivision of townhomes and we hit the jackpot! Everything I wanted and more within my price range. Jessica was with me every step of the way- from signing the initial contract to paying the deposit and ensuring that I did not go over my budget at the design center (lol)"she was on it!" I signed my contract in Feb 2020 and my house was due to be ready by July of 2020. As we approached closing, the unthinkable happened. There was an error being reported on my credit report. As I almost fell apart, Jessica immediately jumped into action. Her words- "We did not come this far to quit, this is your house!! You will get into the house!!" Needless to say, August 19th I closed on my house. When I tell you this lady will go to bat for you...I mean it. She was my advocate and my friend through this entire process. In addition to setting up viewings of homes we found, she herself was looking and would send us houses regularly that she thought fit what we wanted. She answered so many questions for us and was available to call or text always. She made buying our first home a fun and easy experience, even in the middle of a pandemic.

She was attentive, knowledgeable and took her time to walk me through the process. I was informed in a timely manner of any pertinent details I needed to take into account. (October 11, 2018, 8:51 am)I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and Gerald Richardson in selling my townhouse in Raleigh, NC. First, they have a lot of patience with me being indecisive and slow, they never showed any type of frustration. They responded to all my messages and request immediately. They never pressured me through the process, they let me go at my own pace. Before placing my house on the market, they provided me with so much information that added value to my home. I could not have gotten through this process without them holding my hand and calming me down. They are a great team and I am grateful I had them during the first time I sold a home.
