The Sawyer Apartments

I have lived at The Sawyer (previously Woods Edge) for 3 years. Since I have been here the office staff has turned over 6 times, and it was a horrible experience
We now have a new team (they work well together). They are approachable, they get any residential concern taken care of quickly. You aren't nickled and dimed for EVERYTHING, and aren't made to pay for "amenities" that you don't want or need. So far I've been so pleased with them

The new maintenance supervisor is GREAT!! When you call with an issue he is right there in a timely matter. He arrives and get the job done you never have to worry about his work. His service is always very professional and accurate the best I have ever had. I truly recommend him he even has his own pest control service top dollar service.

I just can't write enough good things about my time living at The Sawyer, the property manager is simply outstanding. It's really hard to find well managed properties but Sawyer is definitely one of them. The Property Manager Lavetta is on top of anything that may require attention, whether it's a repair request, or anything you may need related to your stay. I also want to give special credit to the maintenance team. They are simply excellent and friendly. I just can't write enough good things about us living here. I highly recommend The Sayer apartments, you won't be disappointed living here as the Staff is truly exceptional.
