We have had plenty of issues come up (that have nothing to do with our property management) and he has handled each and every one quickly, concisely, and so thoroughly that we've hardly even known there was an issue to begin with. This goes for everything from managing ingoing/outgoing tenants to liaising with the city's sewage department. 100% will continue to use this property management company for whatever other properties we acquire in the coming years. Excellent company!

My dealings with Eric, who is very professional, concientious and courteous has handled any of my issue that have arisen in a timely manner. For example, last New Year's Eve, the furnace quit working so I contacted him and within two hours someone was on site to fix it. I'm appreciative of the way Eric handled this emergency!
I would recommend doing business with this company and can honestly say Muscadine+Pine Property Management , and especially Eric, has proven to me to be a landlord who cares for their renters and properties alike! Thanks for all the efforts you put into your house which allows me to enjoy my home all the more!
