Woodlake Reserve

Emari was such a great help! Very friendly and caring of my needs! She assisted me quickly with care! I’ve been at Woodlake Reserve for little under a year now. Love it !

I haven't lived here, only toured the community. It would have been a better practice to print or email the quote for me during the in-person tour - I asked the property manager to do either and she said she would email the information to me. Upon checking my email later, I found that I got a generic email asking me about my availability for a tour (which I had completed earlier that day). I responded to the email, inquiring about the presented quotes and I got another generic email not referencing what we had discussed. The tour was great and I thought the community as a whole had a great potential to be an excellent place to live, but the communication afterwards was disappointing which is a significant deterrent to a potential tenant. I found it worrisome because if communication is poor, any issues or concerns become a nightmare.
