  I am always pleased with my experiences at Swedish Imports. I have been taking my cars to them for years and have had uniformly excellent service. Beyond that, they are incredibly responsive and accommodating. Last week my AC went out and I was able to take the car in right away, they provided me with a loaner, had the part express-shipped, and my car was ready within a day. I trust them -- they are honest and genuinely helpful. Best customer service anywhere! HIGHLY recommended!

  So happy to see these guys again - bought a 2005 convertible. Took it to another place in Raleigh -- I love that Swedish Imports could repair what we were previously told needed to be replaced.

  These folks at Swedish Imports have always treated us with kindness and respect. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I especially appreciate their honesty when it comes to diagnostics. Solutions to car problems aren’t always immediately obvious even to the trained mechanic, and these guys don’t fake it. If a solution isn’t immediately clear, they aren’t afraid to tell you and they always do their best to make it right. I am a big fan of Swedish Imports!
