“Being a first time mother and a social worker made it very hard for me to find a daycare that I was comfortable with. Children's Campus at Southpoint was one of many centers my husband and I looked at as an option to transition our daughter from the awesome care she was getting from a family member, to trusting pure strangers with our only child. Out of all the centers we toured Children's Campus just spoke to my heart. There was a sense of comfort that I received from the staff. The director, Amy Boyette, is always a pleasure to talk to and always willing to answer my millions of questions. Our daughter's teachers are also amazing. I love the diverse population of the children and the staff. Our daughter has been attending Children's Campus for 9 months and I'm proud to say my husband and I made a good choice. Our daughter has flourish over these 9 months and we know it has a lot to do with the love, support, education and individualized care she gets on a daily basis. Our daughter will be turning 2 on April 1st and she can say/sing the entire alphabet and count to ten. I think that is pretty amazing and so is our daughter. Pleasantly pleased, Mrs. Ingram”

The specials (art, music, etc) teachers are all wonderful, and the learning garden maintained by Duke retirees is awesome. “We love Wildflower Cottage for Children! Our daughter joined Wildflower from a more traditional daycare and has really thrived in the open, imaginative, and natural environment. Her social and emotional development has noticeably improved - she loves her teachers and friends too! We just transitioned our younger child into the toddler class and he's very happy as well. The new building and outdoor spaces are so thoughtfully designed. Definitely check it out!”

“My daughter has been a Montessori student she was a toddler, and she just completed 7th grade at the Montessori School of Raleigh Middle School. I've been blown away with the challenging curriculum. The educators are wise and know how to engage her in a way that she LOVES school and enjoys the work. The work is meaningful and has purpose. For example, instead of memorizing dates and events, she is reading first-person accounts from a variety of points-of-view of historical events so she understands the 360 degree view of what took place. Then they have meaningful discussion and debates in the classroom about the events. I didn't have this type of teaching until my freshman year in COLLEGE. MSR also does a great job of creating a well-rounded person. My daughter is mastering time management and study skills, doing solo and collaborative work, learning how to conduct detailed research, and preparing comprehensive research projects. MSR Middle School is so much more than I expected, and I can't wait for the IB program in Upper School. She will be well prepared for college and life.”

“Our youngest daughter attended Family Preschool for three years and my only regret is that we didn't know about FPS earlier so that our two older girls could have gone there, too. The FPS teachers are truly outstanding, the community of kids and parents is warm and inclusive, and I love that it's a co-op where parent participation is welcomed. (My daughter always loved my "helping parent" days, and I did, too.) Our daughter was completely fearless and well-prepared by the time we had to send her to kindergarten, and we've ended up with a group of friends that we wouldn't have made otherwise. I continue to recommend Family Preschool enthusiastically whenever I hear that someone is looking around for a great preschool!”

“The teacher are good but when i bring my $300 lg phone the 6th grader with a iphone say yours is ugly but if you have a lg phone their phone is dustyand dirty if you have an lg phone CLEAN YOUR PHONE EVEN THE CASE.and if you a 5TH GRADER GOING TO 6th grade here your lunch number is the same as last year. Kids may say that school is trash but it is not its a good school and the best school and super nice teacher .GOOD LUCK 5TH GRADER THAT ARE GOING TO 6TH GRADE And good luck 8th grader that is going to 9th grader and in this school you get lots of freinds. “God bless this place who gives to people who are homeless and in need. When I saw this on the news on Sept 20th 2018. It touched my heart so much that I was in tears. I believe that it's because I really want to open a boarding house in the near future. So people, if you REALLY IN NEED, don't steal or rob from this place or any other place for that matter. ASK!!! Why go to jail for nothing??? Also, it would really help if people who may have been blessed with extra, please give donations to this place in order to pay it forward and be blessed.
