My first time coding a car Joe talked me through the process and stayed on the phone with me until the we were able to get fully set up. Anytime we are unable to get a ticket the same day they go out of there way to ensure we are first in line the following and since my shop is on the west coast and they are on the east, the tech helping has even stayed late to help me get my car out. “My kids really like coming to Roses as they have a large selection of affordable toys. I like that they have REALLY GOOD deals on small kitchen appliances like toasters, blenders and microwaves. They’ve got a ton of clothes, shoes, furniture, car supplies, home repair kits and pretty much everything you can get at Target, but for a lot less. They even have seasonal stuff like Valentine’s Day cards and gifts and of course Christmas accessories like fake trees and stockings. Overall, I give Roses 4 stars because the place looks a little run down (on the inside) and the bathrooms could use a makeover. Other than that, I think this is the best discount store in the area.”

The optometrist is unfailingly kind to all patients, and is especially considerate of young people who have differing mental or physical abilities or who are not yet fluent English speakers. “This Napa is a Durham Institution in my point of view. They've been around forever, a lot of mechanics I know enjoy working with them, and they have and extremely knowledgeable, loyal staff. I've not seen a lot of turnover here so you'll see the same faces from one point to the next. The prices are a tiny bit higher than you might find at other places, but it's worth it to me to know I'm walking out with the correct part and good advice if needed. When it comes to repairing your vehicle, I believe you'd rather go with someone you trust than not.”
