“I gotta say—the maintenance guys are awesome. My young daughter, being the very curious hands on toddler she is, loves being in David’s face anytime he’s here working on things. In the past he’s shut up my requests to have her leave him alone while working, so right now she is helping them, and following everything they’re doing. Considering there’s very limited space & tools in our apartment, she doesn’t really get the chance to learn all the things I did growing up. So shout out to our awesome maintenance men David & Victor for being so great!!! ? Hawk Ridge is currently under new management as of July of 2020. It’s the third management company since living here January 2019. With the new management, we have an amazing new office manager Jakkie—LOVE her. Best office manager so far. So friendly, knowledgeable, very personable, and actually cares about the tenants concerns. So regardless of the issues I’ve encountered while living here, the great new office manager & awesome maintenance men are enough to give Hawk Ridge a 5 star review. It’s rare to find apartments with genuine staff that care about your unit.”
