It needs to be told that after speaking with Peterbilt about my part needed thats supposedly on National back order,, This shop had it sitting on a shelf... They got me rite in and started work immediately... and that meant a lot. I did notice that the shop was really clean and the staff, to include Mechanics were not stressed and making a lot of noise.. Took it in the manufacturing date was 4/21 they used common sense that the battery wasn't out of warranty if it was made a year ago and had 2 year warranty no argument at all , first time I've had such an easy exchange , but I generally have receipts or a copy”
