    Rebecca Subbiah is very nurturing and easy to talk to. She makes good recommendations that are achievable and is very encouraging.

    Rebecca has been amazing! She is helping me through my journey with IBS and diverticulitis. What I appreciate most is how engaging she is. She uses an app to keep track of things and will comment along the way between appointments. She looks at the whole picture and is incredibly encouraging. For anyone considering consulting a dietician I highly recommend Rebecca!

    As knowledgeable about food as I am I found I was having a hard time helping myself or at least sorting through the information given to me by my physician. Fortunately I found Rebecca from Anchored Nutrition Therapy. She actively listens to you and I felt truly cared for during my visit. She has also taken the time to check in with me, which I really appreciate. I have been to some wellness professionals that will see you and then you never hear from them again. Not Rebecca! She is doing her research to find new cool tools and recipes that might help. I feel like she is always in my corner.

    Rebecca offers practical advice, tons of resources, and is so very encouraging. She is real and authentic, and very easy to talk with. Her suggestions are practical and she is a real delight to meet with. I highly recommend her for anyone needing nutrition ideas, advice, encouragement and meal plans. She is very caring and genuine.
