Laura Collins, RCP, was very helpful in assisting me with my CPAP. She readjusted my equipment's settings to better suit my needs and very thoroughly went over cleaning and maintenance.
The front desk lady was extremely rude on the phone and in person. But the tech that helped fit me for my new machine was very personable and I had a great experience.

Special thanks to Wendy and Marc for helping me today. After a bad experience with another CPAP supplier they were able to fit me in and help me. Don't go with a 1800-suppier, go local and call AeroCare.
Last week I was traveling to NC from Florida and realized that I had left a part to my cpap machine and it would not work without it. I called around and finally found AeroCare of Winston-Salem and spoke with extremely helpful Cala. She was extremely helpful in checking to see if you had the part and sending me your address. She is a perfect example of "outstanding customer service!"
