“Quick service, food can be sub par at times and the employees could be nicer and more accommodating to the customers. We ordered 2 steak biscuits light biscuits. The steak was rock hard and the biscuits were so dark and hard from being baked too long, we went back through the drive-thru to get new biscuits. The girl at the window said, verbatim "I can't change your food, you don't have a choice but to take what we give you and NO you can't have a refund!!!!" I emailed Bojangles corporate office, never got a response.”
