La Botana Mexican Restaurant

Another delicious meal at La Botana! Extensive and creative vegetarian menu for me (although I tend to get stuck on my favorites), and sooo many meat choices for hubby -- everybody is happy! This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. We'll be back soon...we can't help it!

Great local restaurant! The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is wonderful, and the lunch prices can't be beat.

Actually this place is good, I'd recommend it to people looking for nice mexican food. Has outdoor seating which is nice.
The menu had good options and the food was really good, both quality and quantity for the price.
They even have deal days where the food options that day are very affordable.
This place could've got a 5 star from me but the only thing of concern is the chips that they provide didn't look like they were cooked in fresh oil because they smelled like that. So I believe that's not too good if you're running a restaurant, and that had me thinking about food entire time but their presentation, welcoming staff, service and ambience was very nice that makes it a reason for 4 stars at the very least.

Best Mexican restaurant, period. Always fresh ingredients, warm tortilla chips, and perfect blend of spices in every dish. I discovered them when they first opened, and now live an hour away. I try to still get there every week or two. Nowhere else even comes close!
Updated review: I am shocked by the reviews complaining about the menu not having pictures! Every place I've gone that puts photos on the menu have had terrible food! La Botana is the real deal. If you aren't sure what you want, wait staff is happy to help, and the menu is extensive. To go orders don't come with chips and salsa, but you won't be left hungry even if you forget to request they add it to your order. They briefly charged for chips and salsa refills, but don't any longer. Even when they did, the salsa here is amazing and well worth the dollar surcharge. Lunch menu is very reasonably priced and dine in included tea with most items. The tea is homemade and delicious, every single item I've ever ordered has been out of this world! The queso is fabulous, and the mole is so good I could drink it! This is the only restaurant I will dine in since covid began in March, because they are so careful and caring about their customers and staff... always masked properly and the tables are spaced well beyond six feet apart for safety. The sopapillas are beautiful and delicious, with perfect proportions of chocolate and honey. You can't go wrong eating here!
