I decided to call back in the morning and I was pleased to speak with George the GM. He was very friendly and warm. Without hesitation he offed to either send me a gift card for my trouble or I could come in for a redo. I decided to grab my meal for lunch and was quite pleased. I am grateful for the amazingly wonderful service that I have received from this location, especially during this unfamiliar time. Their mobile app and curbside pick up options are great. “I called Beau at Advance Auto Rescue on a Saturday morning with a strange request to help jump start a pile driver we use to install solar fields. I expected him to say that was not something he did, but instead he said "I am on my way." He arrived quickly and was able to jump the machine. He then Stayed onsite to assist my truck driver in loading the equipment. He also noticed it was running on fumes. After confirming with me that I approved the additional cost he followed the truck to a gas station to make sure it didn't need to be jump started again.
