Live Long Well Care

Tressia and her team have been amazing in her care for my Mom. She would go above and beyond to make sure her needs were met. She did a great job matching my Mom with her future caretaker based on personality, but still had personal involvement each step along the way. Tressia was easy to get ahold of, very generous with her time, gave thoughtful insight at critical moments, and we can truly say she cared about our Mom every step of the way. We couldn't rate Tressia and our experience with LLWC any higher. Would strongly recommend

My dad lives in an independent living cottage at Homestead Hills. He's been on his own since my mom's death late last year. Obviously a major transition for him and the rest of us. Since then, Live Long Well Care of Homestead Hills/Winston-Salem has provided an amazing level of support. This support is critical as none of us live in the Winston-Salem area. Tressia and her team of caregivers visit Dad 3x per day, providing assistance with everything from meals, laundry, personal care, medication, etc. They accompany him to doctor appointments, pick up medication/supplies and, most importantly, provide an important communication link for the family. Tressia provides timely updates/communication on any needs/issues and responds to our questions/request very promptly. They have enabled Dad to stay in his cottage, maintaining his independence and living in familiar surroundings during a difficult time. Can't say enough good things about LLWC of WS!

Live Long Well Care has been a Godsend. They have helped us immensely in filling the gap for my mother's care, so she can stay in her home. Their staff is competent and kind. And Tressia is so flexible with staffing. She has met every need for us, whether we gave her a week's notice or just a few hours! I would highly recommend this service.

My brother and I moved our mother to Homestead Hills a few months ago. Without LLWC my mother would not have been able to stay in the independent living area and would have needed assisted living right away which during Covid would have surely lead to isolation for her and a terrible decline. The nurse lead Tressia is amazing and incredibly responsive along with Michelle and Ann and my mom has loved all the staff she has gotten to know so far helping her take care of her activities of daily living. They are keeping her active and engaged with the community along with Jennifer, their social director, and we could not be more grateful giving my mom the opportunity to maintain her independence as long as possible.

The WellCare staff takes excellent care with my parents, making it possible for us to help them stay in independent living in their retirement home. Michelle has been particularly outstanding during this pandemic, when even immediate family visits have been severely restrained in order to keep them and their neighbors safe.
