Clayton Well Pump Service

Just had these guys come help work out a problem with our well this afternoon. Very quick response and completely professional group. They had it diagnosed and completed the same day. Great customer service. I highly recommend them if you have well problems.

Honest and responsive is the short review. Our well pump died on Sunday morning with out of town guest visiting and local family coming for dinner!! Called Jim expecting to leave voicemail with call back Monday.

Jim answered!! Said he could come over in an hour and half or so. Me expecting the worse thought they’d find the problem and order the part and we’d be out of water for days.

Jim and his hard working crew quickly identified the problem (pump), pulled the pump, replaced the pump and had us back and running in about an hour!! And replaced it with a quality pump that’ll last us many years.

Wow!!! Where do you experience service like this anymore?! And he didn’t gouge on the price when he absolutely could have. We need more people like this in our life.

Call these guys if you have any well issues. They are very honest and are not out to rip you off. They are fast and efficient. They troubleshoot then try to fix the problem with the least amount of money. They are on your side and give excellent service. I will call them for other projects in the future. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

First called them back in 2009 when my 400' deep well pump went out. They responded very quickly out to my house. Took a gamble & went with a refurbished pump they had rebuilt instead of a new pump. That rebuilt pump ran for over a decade. Just called them up again and got the same amazing service & response time. They went above & beyond just installing the replacement pump. I also went with another refurbished pump this time since it was much lighter on the wallet & was given a very fair deal. Whether this one lasts 1 year or 10 I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
