(March 11, 2017, 8:49 am)Outstanding service and very knowledgeable about auto care service. Shannon and Jimmy provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is so important when dealing with the public!! They go beyond expectation in completing tasks. They have stayed over working on my vehicle on a Friday just to accommodate me and have fit me in their busy schedule when unexpected repairs were needed for my cars. Another thing is they are HONEST with the assessment and diagnosis of needed repairs and are very reasonable with cost. I have designated Konnoak Automotive Service, Shannon and Jimmy, as my mechanics and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Thank you for everything Shannon and Jimmy!!!
