I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this salon! Kosi started my loc journey and I cannot be more grateful. The service and attention I receive each time an appointment is booked is priceless. As women, we can be very selective about others touching and treating our crown with care and respect. There’s absolutely no way I could have The Kove Experience and not review. Kosi deserves all kudos. Let me start by saying if you review her work, you’ll find consistency in the quality of work. She responds as soon as she gets a chance to, is polite, honest and straightforward in her responses. She is very knowledgeable about the work that she does. I have already received a numerous amount of compliments and have recommended those that I know will be great to her… because she’ll be great to them! She started my loc journey with instant locs on 12/15/2022 and they look amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and quickly put them at ease. Kosi did a great job on my locs retwist and updo style. She really washed my hair good. Did not have to wait she was ready when I arrived, she is really nice and professional.

Kosi is amazing. She is the stylist for both of my girls. We actually drive over 2.5 hours to see her. She is professional and does a great job with their hair. My girls love her service and so do I.
