“I was a little unsure about this place since it changed ownership, but after visiting for the second time, I'm pleased! The sushi selection is smaller compared to the previous ownership, but it is still good. The nigiri portions are generous and you can ask to have rolls deep fried for an extra dollar. I can't speak for the hibachi, as I only ever get sushi here, but I'm happy with it. The waitstaff has been very kind and hospitable both times, as well. Simon (sales) brought as many samples as we asked for and did a great job in explaining their process, product, and warranty. Any questions were quickly answered. The crew that showed up were friendly and worked hard. The whole project was completed quickly but done well. They cleaned up incredibly well also which was super important as I have a kid and dog that run around in the yard.
