“This is a great little community craft store. Most of the crafts here are made by local seniors. They often have pop-ups in an additional building on site where a variety of atresians come together to sell their crafts. There's a 3rd building on site that houses a miniature train set. The landscape has been created to look like Winston-Salem. It's a Summerhill place to visit. 🙂”

“Your Pilates Place has been a blessing for me and I've been telling everyone about it. After trying everything for low back pain (from an accident and sitting at a desk) & knee pain (from pushing it at the gym) nothing was helping and I dreaded going to the gym only to hurt more. Veronica and Laura have helped me tone, restructure, and use my body the right way. Where I used to have pain everyday it's now extremely rare. Best of all, the staff is fun and light hearted so it's something you look forward to. They also offer a range of services from full-body steam, massage, restructuring, lymphatics (1 of 2 in NC that offer this), pilates, gyrotonics and much more.
