“Seems like a typical car wash. Pull up and order the wash you desire, go through the wash building, then come out and vacuum. Some vacuum areas have mud on the ground but most are clean. They also have hand towels and bottles of cleaner so that you can get the interior dash and handles wiped down. I'm sure they have some busy days but I have yet to be there when there were no spots available.”

“We visited the park, actually, after the center was closed. It's a beautifully wooded urban park, with a picnic table or two, plus a medium large shelter that can be reserved. The shelter includes bathrooms, which are well-maintained. We brought PB&J sandwiches, sat at an isolated table beside the tennis courts to watch the players of wildly diverse skill levels go at it on the 3 courts. There are walking paths, a kids' playground Par Course, a mister for summertime heat The community center includes a craft shop which always has a variety of handmade goods for sale. For us, it is peaceful place to relax, unwind.”

“I have lived here at Stratford for about 3 years- I have no legitimate complaints. Apartment onsite staff are the best! They honestly do their best to meet the tenants needs, answer questions etc. Super friendly :) As far as maintenance- from my experience they have been amazing as well—Professional, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable of the trade they are in. The property itself is well kept as far as property management can control- The breezeways are kept pretty clean, staff picks up trash, power wash breezeways, landscaping is done often. The negatives with property such as animal waste, trash, dumpster misuse, leftover Marijuana papers, repacked cigars , the constant odor of Marijuana and some loud neighbors are all things that need to be improved but this is something the tenants need to improve on - and is beyond outside managements control. We all need to pick up after our pets, if you have trash put it where it belongs- Just be courteous to fellow humans and this would be a perfect place to live for a long time to come. The area for me is awesome- I can walk my dog on well lit streets, There is a grocery store, restaurants and a sheetz across the street that we can walk to. Amazing location and nice people. I am blessed and grateful to be here”
