“I moved into Brannigan Village earlier this month. I mostly worked with Lindsay. I was super pleased with the move in process and the ease of the online payment system. I viewed the show apartment and my wife and I fell in love. Pleased to say that when we saw our actual apartment, we were just as smitten. I was very satisfied with the staff after having a really bad experience with my previous landlord. They were super friendly and understanding, which put my wife and I at ease about staying here. My neighbors are quiet but friendly. We love the park and dog park. I haven't been able to use the pool or workout room, but they look decent from viewing them. The grounds are well kept and we just had the building pressure washed. I'm pretty happy with the effort they make to keep the community looking nice. Only 2 problems I've had since living here. 1) We had our washer and dryer delivered. The initial washer and dryer were faulty and malfunctioned, but the process of putting in a request was really easy, and it was answered in a super reasonable amount of time. We ended up getting new washer and dryers that work perfectly now. There was a problem with the delivery people. I noticed my airpods were stolen and front office staff took care of that problem SWIFTLY. Within a few hours, the delivery drivers were knocking on my door, apologizing and I had my airpods back. I was very grateful for that. 2) This isn't really a problem, just more of a nitpick on my account. One of the main reasons we chose to stay at Brannigan over the other places we viewed, were because of the security gate. I see a lot of stuff at my job, and that makes me extremely cautious and protective of my family. However, the gate has only been working 4 days of the 2 weeks we've been staying there. I'm sure they're handling the problem, just wish it could be done a little sooner. :) What does make me feel a bit better is that there is almost always a police car near the front office to deter any malice. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. The maintenance is prompt, the staff is friendly, the neighborhood is safe, and the apartments are nice. If you're on the fence about staying here, it is well worth the price.”

“These guys do incredibly great work. Just over a month ago, I received the delivery of my new baby, Tesla, Evie Joules. The first thing I did was to start researching ways to protect my investment. I decided on a Titanium Ceramic coating system. I checked the available products at many other services in the area. Some were cheaper, and some were more expensive. I settled on Quartermaster after calling and talking with Theo. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. You can imagine that I would be nervous about leaving this car with just anyone. Theo put my mind at ease. My baby was indeed in good hands. They made all the applications and housed the vehicle inside the entire time they kept it. After the application, they explained the care and upkeep in detail. They also had it back two weeks later for a recheck. The photos attached are from today, 1.5 months later. It has been hosed off, and it looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. If you have a car you need/want to protect, I highly recommend a ceramic coating. Call these guys, and they'll do it right.”

“We had a tire blowout on 52 North at 10:15 at night on a Friday Night. We called Specialty Towing and they were there within minutes and helped us! We were so thankful for his expertise and kind help, he even offered to give us the number for another company as his truck wasn’t big enough for our whole family, just to get us off the road, but when that company was rude he offered to change our tire for us right on the side of a busy road. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help! Best towing service we have ever received!”
