“I read the great reviews and saw the Google photos that captured the large variety. I decided to give this bakery a try. The young lady who was working there this morning was very nice and welcoming. She answered all my questions, and patiently waited for me to make my selections. I ended up with 4 cupcakes, a cheesecake, and a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is real good. It's thick and soft enough. Plenty if chocolate chips in each bite. I only sampled a little and will eat the rest tomorrow. The cheesecake was interesting. It fell apart easily, and the icing broke off into large pieces. It was not soft like the icing on the cupcake. It was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I just ate the banana guava cupcake and pumpkin cannoli and the cupcakes seem to break apart too easily.. maybe it has too much filling and it's on the drier side,, nit too dry but a little drier than most gourmet cupcakes I had. The center was filled with mashed banana, and it was good. I have 2 more to go... toasted coconut and creme brulee... just ate them both last night and this morning. They are my favorite of all. I think letting the cupcakes sit for a day (refrigerated overnight) might have kept the cake together, and they didn't fall apart, unlike the first two I ate after purchase.”

“I enjoyed living at Alaris Village. The apartment I occupied was very spacious and clean. Maintenance was consistently prompt to respond and helpful. There was a decent amount of parking and the grounds(grass, trees, bushes) are kept up well. A second dumpster & second recycling bin would be helpful as trash typically piles up especially over the weekends. Upgraded appliances (flat top stove, side by side fridge) & carbon monoxide detectors would be great. The amazon locker room was a plus and the gym and pool. The playground is a plus. The theater would be great if there wasn't a fee to use it and if it had extended hours. An emergency exit could also be useful. The leasing office is beautiful and the new staff seems kinder than the previous staff. The rent is on the high-end for most families in Winston-Salem but is comparable if not better than smaller apartments in town. It's a good place to live.”

We had to wait a while to get the job done but it was 1000% worth that wait. Having to wait shows that they are great at what they do! The day of the job Zeb had to change the design (it’s called custom for a reason) and it turned out even better than what we originally discussed. Jamie was wonderful to communicate with and I would recommend them over and over!”
