Airy location which I found to be very rude and uncaring the office staff and the Dr there were extremely hateful, if they didn't want to see me they could have said so before I traveled as far as I did. I posed a review about that visit and was contacted by the sweetest lady, Helen Morris. She made an appointment for me in Winston Salem. I travel two hours one way to go there and I have been to both locations. I would travel four hours to receive the kind of treatment I have been given by both the staff and my Dr Cody Merrick. I feel that they truly care about you as a person and they do not look at you like every other place I have been to. Most all of them treat you as a drug addict. These people know that you truly have a need for medication to have some kind of quality to your life. Jennifer in the front office has been so helpful anytime I have a problem. Very patient and understanding no matter what. I have never been treated with such kindness anywhere I've been. They are all like family and make you feel cared for and appreciated. I love them all.”
