Dr. Madden has been my doctor since I moved to the Winston area years ago and he always treats me like I matter. He doesn’t just throw medicine at you and hope for the best. He actually does his job as a doctor and treats you as a patient/friend and not just someone he’s making money off of. The lady that does their lab in the back is great at her job and makes things quick and painless. The staff working check in and check out as well as answering the phones are the nicest people you’ll talk to all day. This entire office should be the model office for other offices in the area. Kudos to you all! I have no doubt that this is the best office around made up by the best staff around.”

“Dr Jones is a great doctor and took great care of me. Unfortunately, I was pretty sick, and it took 4 hours to get medications and 2 different pharmacies to get them. Closing the pharmacies in the Novant offices was the worst decisions ever made. I know 96 year olds who have to wait for long periods of time......and have to leave their rest home to go back and pick up important medications during this extreme season of sickness. Bad, bad decision and not remarkable at all!!!”
