Recently ive been trying to reach out to my doctor's office for injections that helps me walk to no availability for anyone to answer the phone 🤳 it didn't used to be this way with Dr Peacock 🦚 office but now some staff are rude and uncaring Special mention to Jackie thanks for the help and courtesy she's doing great 👍 I plan on sticking with my doctor because I love What he does for me as a spinal sufferer However I am begging for better communication from the staff at the front desk the treatment is horrible and at times there smile in your face and then you wait 2hours inside and they never communicate that you requested anything and you are in the lobby because of calling for days on a phone 🤳 that only takes messages and”
