Initially i thought i had a leak comming from inside my home but water was finding its way in my home thru the roof. I have a pretty good roof about 30yr life span but i have some spaces in my shingles. He filled the spaces in and also cleaned my gutters. After the job was done i had real pictures of the work. Maintenance has been quick to respond and polite if there is an issue. The grounds seem to be well maintained and beautiful. The Townhouses themselves have a good amount of space and a good layout. Having a covered patio is great when it rains to have a place to sit and relax. So far it has been a great experience and will continue to live here for the foreseeable future.”
