Great experience did every to exceed my expectations.
Todd Huvard is the owner and operator of Aircraft Merchants LLC. He has been with me through divorce and remarriage. He sold my beautiful Navajo and my fantastic Warbird N711WN a 1956 Birddog both of which were lost to me because of divorce. As painful as it was to part with both of them he made the ordeal less painful. He was fair in his evaluation of the planes and set realistic prices. He worked with the purchasers and made the sales go smoothly. He worked hard to make the deals work. He managed to do something no other aircraft dealer has done , to my knowledge,in the history of aircraft sales...he sold my Cessna L-19 Birddog the the original manufacturer, Cessna. Beat that if you can. What was really great about that sale was that Cessna donated the proceeds from the resale of the airplane coupled with a rebuilt army truck sold at the Barrett- Jackson auction in January of 2014 to the Armed Forces Foundation. This foundation helps veterans and educates the public about those who have suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome and traumatic brain injury. The initial sale was to a very patriotic gentleman who paid $750,000 for the two. After the auction others approached the representatives for the Armed Forces Foundation and donated another $700,000. So much good came of the sale. Later the gentleman who bought the Birddog donated it to the Armed Forces Foundation as well. They still own it and use it today for charitable causes.
He more recently, this past week, sold my beautiful Bonanza to a young businessman who will use and enjoy it. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Todd and Aircraft Merchants. I have also found a good friend. His one low rating was a fabrication. His word is his bond. You can't go wrong with using him to sell a plane or find one for you.
