I recently began training heavily again after a lull and woke up yesterday practically immobilized. I was so lucky to find an appointment with Germaine. I told her my concerns and she took amazing care of me. She applied the right amount of pressure where necessary and really targeted the problem areas. I felt so much better. My only regret is that it wasn’t a 90 minute session!

I finally made the time for myself to get a massage with Kira at Massage Envy in Stamford CT. This was my very first time there and I will definitely be back. Kira was so kind and made me feel very comfortable since it was also my very first massage ever. When the massage was finished I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt. I would definitely recommend a full body massage. Afterwards I started thinking about when I would return. Well done Kira, thanks for a great massage!

I had an excellent experience yesterday. I requested a deep tissue full body massage with some additional areas that needed some extra attention and Jermaine was able to deliver and release the tension that I manage to store in my muscles from standing long hours on a daily basis. She's very personal and very knowledgeable . I would so recommend her to anyone who desires to go there for a massage. Thank you Jermaine for a job well done.
