Melanie and Ryan helped me with compassion, professionalism, attention to detail, answered all questions. Kept me informed every step. Melanie worked with me most of this process, can’t say enough good things about her. Always answered my calls, phone or text quickly. She went above and beyond in many things, made me comfortable with all I had to process
  The pricing is reasonable and no added surprises in what your told the costs are

  Our family can't say enough wonderful things about Lancaster Funeral Home and their staff. Melanie was amazing. Our mother passed away unexpectedly and Melanie helped us through EVERY step of planning with grace, humor and professionalism. Again, we can't even put into words how INCREDIBLE Melanie has been to Our family. She was available by cell 24/7... what business does that now a days? Just Lancaster! And they are HALF THE PRICE of the other places. Ryan read the eulogy for us because no one in our family could handle it... And Ryan read it as if he was part Of our family. If we could give a million stars, we absolutely would! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LANCASTER FUNERAL HOME.

  We lost my father unexpectedly and I had to make plans very quickly and the staff at Lancaster funeral home were very king warm and friendly. I had no idea what I need to do and they walked me through everything. They took care of everything and my fathers cremains. They were very knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done and have followed up with how my family and I our doing with the grieving process. They even took his fingerprints so we could have a remembrance item made for us. I would recommend them to everyone I know. And I would use them again, hopefully I won’t have to anytime soon.

  Ryan, Amy, and everyone at Lancaster were tender, compassionate, and professional. In the past, my husband Dave has worked with Ryan on numerous funerals conducted at our church. This time, however, we were the customer who had lost a loved one, my husband's father. For the first time, I got to see the "other side" and to see Lancaster in action. I felt so at ease and comfortable, like talking to members of my own family. I will never forget that experience and the peace of mind it gave me !

  Lancaster Funeral service treats you like family. They were there at one of the most vulnerable times in my life, when I lost my Mother.
  They genuinely care, and it is evident from the beginning. I will always recommend their services to anyone because they're truly angels on earth.
  During the loss of a loved one you will need the compassionate, empathetic care of a Funeral provider, and I promise, you will not be disappointed.
