We had a wonderful experience with Dan from RenoSimplicity. He was prompt and easy to work with. He was able to schedule our roof to be done very quickly, which was such a blessing. He was a great communicator and walked us through the process from start to finish.

His construction team did a wonderful job- they were prompt, kind, and very hard working. You couldn’t even tell they’d been there once finished, other than the beautiful new roof that they had successfully installed.

I had never done an insurance claim before, so I had a lot of questions…Riley patiently guided me through the process and made everything easy to understand. RenoSimplicity has replaced two roofs for me this year, I could not have asked for a better experience. While no one wants to absorb the cost of a new roof,this company makes you feel good in knowing that you have a quality product at the end. Working with Freeman Jones was a pleasure. He approaches the job with a sincere interest for the customer's concerns and ensures they are happy at the end.

He supervised both jobs from start to finish and I could not have been more pleased with the results. The crew was on time, courteous, and did everything that was asked of them. When the job was done it was like they were never there. Freeman communicated with me throughout the two jobs and there was never a time where i had to chase down the contractor to do what was promised.

Had a great roofing experience with RenoSimplicity. We wanted a unique look with a combination of shingles and metal roofing and they did it perfectly. Cost and service was top notch.
