“I reached out to Allen because our class A was stranded in Chapel Hill. He told us that he would meet us. He maintained communication. Called when he was on the way. Allen and Toby worked diligently to troubleshoot our jacks that would not retract. They isolated a power issue and were able to bypass and provide power and got our jacks retracted. “This was my first visit to Hardy Family Dentistry. I went for a consultation, I must admit I was very apprehensive giving the nature of my consultation. However I was immediately put at ease, the Staff is very friendly and I did not feel like a first time patient but felt like I had been going there for years. Dr Hardy is very personable, caring and knowledgeable, he examined me, explained what needed to be done, advised what the best option for my individual situation was and the plan of action to accomplish that option medically and financially. Additionally Dr Hardy took time and did a follow-up call to me the day after my appointment, even though the office was closed, he stated he was calling to make sure they had addressed all my questions and concerns and to make sure they explained everything thoroughly and to see if I had any additional questions/concerns. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be going back”
