Great customer service and, more importantly, communication. Their techs showed up early in the agreed arrival window. The job was simple enough, they were able to provide pricing on site. They even managed the permit. The electrician onsite, I believe his name was Kevin. Very informative, knowledgeable, and likeable. He and the other guy, who's name I did not get, did a great job. Shout out to the office reps too! They got their S..t together. Definitely will be hiring again.

Austin arrived right on time and was very thorough in his inspection. He gave us three different estimates based on the scope of work we wanted done. It ended up being more expensive than I thought but everything is nowadays. Austin was here from 9-4 fixing things for us so overall a good value. I would recommend them and will use them again for future electrical needs.
