We were in the market for a golf cart. We were originally looking for a pre-owned electric cart. We were not having any luck. So we opted to buy new. We hit up a couple other retailers before visiting Under the Sun. We were greeted by a fellow named Nick B. He got to know how we planned on using the cart and he recommended a gasoline model as the size of lake community we live in is too large for an electric cart. We explored new and used carts and decided on a new cart. Nick guided us through the finance and buying process. My wife and I recently sold our 2003 Club Car DS and we’re looking for something a little more updated and modern. We did some research and decided to check these guys out. We showed up around lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon and there were several carts on display my wife was immediately attracted to a new/used Tempo Club car 2019. Daniel came over to assist with any questions and walk us through the features and design of the cart she was most interested in. I was hesitant to even look because I was afraid of the high pressure sales as we encountered at another dealership but was pleasantly surprised when he was more concerned on getting us the information regarding the vehicle versus instantly trying to sell us something.

He took his time even though they were very busy and I never felt like we were rushed. My wife and I took a five minute break and discussed the reality of possibly purchasing a cart from them. We went outside and made a group decision that we would at least hear some of the finance options and go over pricing. He gave us a great deal and also helped with the financial end of things. We were instantly approved and made the decision to purchase the cart right then and there. It was delivered on Monday mid day as they were closed on Sunday.

They took the time to make sure it was completely detailed and it really looked sharp. The delivery driver even took his time making sure we understood where all the features were located and even hung around while my wife zipped up and down the block a few times.

He really just wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I must say it was a easy process. If you’re looking for a good deal on a great cart please stop by and check these guys out. After a few days of zipping around the neighborhood we noticed what we thought was a noise coming from the cart.

We called and they instantly picked it up took it back to the shop went over it 110% only to find out that it was a feature in the golf carts automatic braking system for safety. I felt terrible like we wasted their time but they made me feel like better safe than sorry versus thanks for wasting our time.

Again they cleaned up the cart and delivered it back to our home at no charge. These guys really go above and beyond. There is an automatic braking feature that is located in the software for the golf cart it was set on zero where the car can actually roll away on its own. After going for a test ride with one of their technicians we agreed that they were going to change the settings to what’s called the number one setting that’s where the cart comes to a slow stop if you take your foot off the accelerator. Shortly there after they dropped off the cart back to our home. Again no charge and they really just wanted us happy.

I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful customer service and handholding throughout the entire process. Highly recommend these guys for service and purchase of any cart in stock they stand behind their work.

Under the Sun Golf Carts gave my Wife and I a sense of “Calmness” while browsing there selections, and a sense of “Control” while going through the purchasing process. From the beginning through the Thinking, Comparing, and the Purchase Process they were @ there best and Representing there Company %100 at ALL times. Not only that, the very first week we broke a part and hade the wheel flapping around. In less than 48 hours, they had came and picked our ClubCar up, repaired it (correctly I might add), and dropped it back off. And the best part? They ate the bill. Very friendly and courteous with a great deal of knowledge and insight. I recommend any and everyone to go check them out @ there location in Franklin County, right off of US 1.
