The alternator in my van went out on me and I needed it fixed quickly. I don't have a local mechanic as I have worked at a dealership for the past 6.5 years and recently left which made me find a shop locally. I called Mr. Finn and explained the problem, he told me to drop it off that night, Thursday, and he would get to it on Friday. First thing Friday morning Tom called me and told me it was indeed the alternator and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. I authorized the work and he said he would call me that afternoon to update me. At 4 he called saying the work was all done, my father on law insisted on covering the repair, and he called the shop, gave them the payment information and asked that they leave the key in the car as both my wife and I work in southwest Raleigh and Apex. When we got to the shop the key and receipt was there and the van works great. Mr. Finn and every person there we spoke with was exceptionally polite, helpful, and took the time to explain what was going on. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend this auto repair garage! My daughter and I were traveling to the Raleigh area to visit my son when we had very unexpected car trouble. Even as busy as he was on July the 4th week, he very kindly agreed to take me in without hesitation. After diagnosing all my problems and doing all the repairs at a very reasonable rate, we were in good shape for the rest of our trip and return home three hours away! What a blessing to be referred by a local friend to Finns! The owner is known for his integrity and skill. Being two women stranded, it was such a relief to find someone as respectful and trustworthy to handle our situation with confidence.
