Oak Grove Baptist Church

The gospel of Jesus is clearly preached at Oak Grove Baptist Church. There is intentionality in every aspect of the worship service from the Call to Worship all the Way to the Benediction. I am thankful for Pastor Joey's clear exposition of Scripture and his careful concern for preaching the Truth of God's Word. I praise God for the people at Oak Grove and their eagerness to grow in Christlikeness. I am thankful for the encouragement from the elders to be disciples who make disciples (Matt 28:19-20).

I was visiting vicinity for new homes and got hit with a very nasty stomach bug. Had to use restroom three times in 30 minutes span.
As soon as I stopped in a parking lot, staff member came out of the office entrance and greeted me. I asked if I can use a restroom in an emergency. He was very helpful and made me comfortable. Other staff member also tried to search for a medicine for me and directed to a store two miles away where I could get some OTC medication.

I stopped three different times and was very embarrassed but staff made me very comfortable to use the facility. God bless them.

This place is awesome the pastor is the best I have ever heard

I never thought I'd find a church that felt as much like family like the church I was in growing up. Oak Grove has become that place for my family. Great things for the kids. Solid Biblical teaching....the youth are studying apologetics right now and LOVING it. Need great preaching? Good music? Come visit us just outside of downtown Youngsville.
