I am very pleased with the staff. I'm always contacted with updates on my son grades and not only that I'm always contacted for upcoming events that parents and students can attend. The school he came from before this one didn't do none of that. I never knew anything about my son grades unleast a took it upon myself to go to the school and check or when I went to open house/parents teacher conference . But with this school they are awesome with informing me on everything and I love it. Every time I go to pick my son up they are always friendly and im always greeting with a smile. Snd i must say Love the principle here!! He is great as well he knows his students when he sees them even off campus and greets them with opening arms and also informs me with things.Again I couldn't have picked a more better school. Sensei Williams is a great teacher, working very hard to make sure that his students learn technique and character moreso than merely advancing through belts. Sensei wants to make sure that his students are prepared for life situations that are thrown at them. He makes sure that we understand how each movement can be used in a combat situation, where necessary. He works to ensure that students maintain focus in his classroom and in life, and also stresses physical toughness and fitness. Sensei is also supported by a number of black belts who helped students learn katas and proper form, and sensei encourages an environment we're higher belts should always help the lower belts learn. It is truly an investment for life, and I am glad that I entrusting my kids and myself here.”
