Beautiful sense of community and love in this place. It's not your typical gym. There's no judgement, no contest just worship and workout!!

I don't worry about the scale but know that I have gone from a size 22 to a size 14 and am still losing weight and inches. I'm so glad I'm living healthy ever after!!

(June 8, 2018, 6:52 am)This is an amazing place. The different classes keep it fun. If you want one on one training they have the best coaching team. The support system is unbeatable. Truly a family. You go to workout and leave with a new group of friends.
