“Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to rate a post office. I went to this location and (very dumbly) dropped off a pre paid package. After about an hour, I realized that the package had a fed ex label and not a USPS label. I called this post office and explained this to them. They went out of their way to go into the back, look for my package, and take it out of the stack for me. I was able to pick it back up to take to the proper location. I really appreciate that they went out of their way for me so my package didn’t end up being lost. Thank you!”

As a business owner myself it can be quite hard to accommodate all customers especially those with no understanding that it’s hard to run a business and keep everyone happy, especially those that have zero patience. As I’m reading some of the awful comments I’m just beside myself how people can be so rude. My personal experience with this place was awesome. I’m from the lincolnton area so I didn’t think anyone could come close to Japan Express but I was wrong. They have far exceeded my expectations of Japan and beyond. What I witnessed was very hard working and respectful young people who gave it their all which is admirable in this day and time. The food was beyond delicious and I’m just about to order food...AND if it takes a while to make so be it. Hey! They are human and it also says they take pride in their food. People...find something else in life to be mad about instead of it being Mad that you’re not the only person on the planet that they are catering to; get over yourselves.
