“First time in this Advance Auto Parts store. To me they all are pretty much the same regardless of where you go. Like any chain store it's the people inside (employees) that make the difference. It's them that wait on you, they order the merchandise in products, then keep the shelves stocked. It's them that answer your questions and either understand what a doohickey and thingamajig is or they look at you like you just landed from outer space. They too are the ones that install that new battery or wiper blades. They also have that magical box they plug into your vehicle to explain why that "check engine" light won't turn off. For my quick trip in here they had what I needed and were able to help me without making me feel like my favorite Martian.”
