Best Western Gastonia

I just want to say Terri is the sweetest front desk representative. She is very welcoming and friendly. She made our stay amazing! Especially after a very long drive here from Florida. She have us recommendations on food and was very knowledgeable about the hotel and location. Great place with great people !

My niece, her 3 babies and I needed a hotel for the night due to an emergency situation at her house. I booked at this Best Western based on past reviews and the reasonable pricing. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet and friendly place to stay! Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and so nice! The hotel room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. We had a 3 & 5 year old with us and they had plenty of room to run around! The beds were comfortable and there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (all in working order and clean). The hotel looked like it was recently renovated and they did a great job! There are 3 restaurants within walking distance and we were told that we would receive a discount at steak house next door!! I would stay here again without question!!

Had a good time, they were even nice to us when we over slept and didn't leave till 12. Also me boyfriend left his phone and we had to go back and they had it waiting on us in the office. Thanks for being respectful!

This place is great. Its close to a mall. They serve a big breakfast. If you cant find something to eat you just being too picky. You can walk to Cracker Barrel Waffle House and Texas Roadhouse which is good place to eat. They gave us a discount when we showed our room key. The employees are great. Our room was very clean. Inside hallways. Will 100 percent stay again.
