We had church service and staff was friendly and helpful by announcing the service coming up.
I need to put in a request however that both pianos are out of tune.
The dining room was nice and clean.

Check in and check out is so easy, and I like that you have a code to get in and out after a certain time, so just anyone can't walk in. Nurses could be a little friendlier but I do understand they have alot to do.

Clean facility; good nursing staff; excellent nursing aids: food good; physical therapists made a special effort to help improve mobility and self care; family never saw or had a call from the doctor: Administrators helpful but could never give a timeline that the insurance would have or how much we would be charged.
