Millers Automotive Service

I've been an employee at Miller's for just over 4 months and am very pleased to work at such a professional and honest place of business! I have worked at several automotive facilities within the state and not many are as authentic, transparent and have the customer's/staff's best interest in mind. I'm not only stating this as an employee but am stating it looking from the outside in prior to being hired, throughout the interview process and the times I visited just to see what the location specialized in. It's been a blessing to work with the team there as well as to have the management/owner's methods in place operating the place of business! I highly recommend the location as a trustworthy automotive repair facility and would send any/all of my loved ones to Miller's for service, if the schedule allows it 😊.

Miller Automotive Service provides excellent, efficient, and reliable customer service at a reasonable price. Zach does a great job at answering questions, providing estimates, and scheduling services for all your automotive needs. Gastonia is lucky to have an automotive business that has been serving its community since 1966. When in need for automotive services, I will definitely call Miller Automotive.

Miller's Automotive is now my go to repair shop. Took my Mustang in for clutch replacement they were very professional got it done earlier than I expected. Great prices and good technicians. I highly recommend them for All Automotive repairs and will be using them from now on. Thank you guys for such great work I really appreciate you.

The best mechanic shop in Gastonia hands down! They are so awesome to deal with and I will always bring my vehicles to them. They are very detail oriented and have amazing customer service skills. I always feel appreciated as a customer and I love how they can print out everything they did for you and keep records of every detail. I think it also speaks volumes that they warranty all their work and are very organized. They are great about lining up a ride to make sure you aren’t stranded at their shop. Highly recommend!!!

After my Volvo broke down I decided to have it towed to Miller's Automotive based on the reviews I read on Google maps.

When the tow truck driver dropped me off at Miller's auto. After things were taken care of at the front desk, one of the staff drove me home.

After over 2 weeks in their shop I was finally able to get my car. Since I didn't have my licence (only a permit) one of the staff drove me to the bank to get thier payment which was approx. $100 less Than the estimate from one of their staff.

The AC check they performed even managed to get my AC working again
(though I can't say how).

Overall I was pleased with Miller's service. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail. Very thoughtful.
