  I decided to use Rick’s Auto Body after getting 3 different estimates. They were highly recommended from a friend who works at a large auto dealer. She said the dealer used Rick’s and she personally had as well. The man who gave me the estimate was extremely friendly and spoke to me like a human being. This, and the fact that his estimate was the best, sold me. He also spoke with confidence that he could repair the damage on my car to my satisfaction. The other two estimates I received did not instill confidence that I would be happy with the results. Upon picking up my car when the repairs were complete I was super impressed. My car looked good as new. They washed it and even cleaned my floor mats. In my opinion, Rick’s Auto Body Shop goes above and beyond and won my business for life.

  Been here for repairs on my mother's car and they're excellent. The staff is great and friendly, they're fast on getting repairs done as well.

  I hit three deer, didn’t have as much damage as it could have been, but it was still bad, once I got it to the shop, they found more damage. I’m completely pleased with this body shop! I chose them through word of mouth, they’ve done my parents and grandparents vehicles as well as some friends, so I know I could trust them, but they seriously went above and beyond. I was so worried, because I love my Jeep!! I probably got on Rick Jrs. Nerves the last few weeks, but it’s only because I missed my Jeep for three weeks!!! But I’m super pleased, he never made it appear I got on his nerves, and they did above and beyond amazing work! I even got into a clean car, which I planned to have detailed next week, but they did it too! If I ever have another freak accident, I’ll chose them, but hope I never have to!! I’ll definitely refer, refer, refer! Thank you all for the amazing service and job y’all did!! ♥️

  Words cannot describe how amazed I have been with this place. My Nissan Altima was rear ended and this was my first accident. Took the car to them from the recommendation from Nissan and Tiffany made my day easy. She guided me from the entire process from getting the estimate to getting my rental. Ricks Body Shop did such an amazing job that you wouldn’t even tell there was damage before. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of work done! Thank you for the amazing experience Ricks Body Shop!!!!
