We had a huge water leak coming inside the house that left the floors with a big puddle of water on them. They did a good job coming in and removing the water efficiently and thoroughly. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to get good work done in a timely manner.
Back in December of 2016 my wife and I finally tackled a bathroom remodel that we had been planning for quite a while. Our house was built in 1959, and one thing that we wanted to save in the bathroom was the original bathtub. It definitely needed refinishing and there was no way we could have everything else in the bathroom re-done and then skip the tub.
I searched on Google for bath tub refinishers in Asheville, NC. I found Glaze Pro's information along with Chris Gunn's information. After reading the good reviews I called Chris. I left a message and he called me back within a few minutes as he was on the road and wanted to come to a stop before calling me back (good safety tip). Within a few minutes of talking with Chris he was able to determine my needs and give me a quote. We were not disappointed! He was timely in his arrival and the work was done exactly how he said it would be done. Our bathtub is so super white and shiny that I cannot believe the difference Chris' work made, and we are so happy that we were able to save the tub (old cast iron tub)! I would recommend Chris and his wife any time that you need your bathtub refinished! You will not be disappointed!!
Great job great price great service punctual neat clean and professional. I would highly recommend Otis and absolute steam to anybody! They didn't leave the carpet soaking wet they took care of some Clorox stains that disappeared they made worn out 5 year old builder grade carpet look close to new!
