As a new pool owner who has some of the most ridiculous questions the people here have been our family's saving grace. Everyone is always friendly and never judgemental. Not even the time I freaked out when I accidentally left the filter on waste overnight.
This past year it was one thing after another and everyone here helped find solutions. Most important they understood that I had a budget and helped me stay within it.
The best part is every time we get our water tested they explain what we have to do in specific steps with details. Perfect for a newbie like me.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the pool equipment and chemicals needed.
They are also very polite. Always on time.

Great in store employees!!! The installers did an excellent job actually did more than I paided for on grading and pulled a few bushes and a tree for me!!!! Once the pool was ready I went to the store they went over everything from top to bottom how to put the chemicals in and do's and donts on everything!!!! Highly recommended!!!!! Gage is our favorite pool store. Not only do they have every product you may need to maintain or repair your pool or spa but they also have a lot of fun accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a house with a pool almost 2 yrs ago. It was our first time being pool owners. The pool had been neglected by the previous home owners and looked and smelled like a swamp. Brent helped walk us through beautifying our pool and getting the water clear again. His expertise and patience with us during all of our questions and dozen of visits, were so appreciated.
