The home I bought in Bessemer City had an 18x38 inground pool. The sellers recommended Carolinas Pool. I have been a customer there since 2005. When we sold that home, we recommended Carolina's Pool to the new owners and have since heard that they are now also customers. Our new home also has an inground pool. We are still using them for all our needs. When we went to get the store to transfer our pool information to the new address, we found out that the previous owners of our new home had also used Carolina Pool for all of their needs, so it was easy to get the history of the pool's maintenance records. Everyone is always friendly. No matter how busy they get, they always make sure you don't feel rushed and answer all your questions. Not sure how they do it, but they usually greet me by my name as I walk in the door.
